Payments

• Full payment is due the day of the class

• Payment at time of registration is optional

• We accept all Major Credit Cards

• Cash Payments Welcome, a receipt will be issued 

• Check payments are accepted if paid 5 business days prior to class schedule (there will be a fee of $25 for all returned checks)

• Voucher payments (please call prior to your class to verify if your voucher is valid)

• Gift Card payments (please call prior to your class to verify if your Gift Certificate is valid)

 

Refunds

It is understandable that a student’s schedule may change or unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance. In the case that an enrolled student cannot attend class, the student or parent of student should notify Ocampo Safety Training as early as possible.

Since Ocampo Safety Training normally do not charge students until the day of the class, we may charge the student a pro-rating fee/no show/registration fee of a no more than $10 if student fail to notify us of their absence.

 

On classes where we require students to pay for their registration or pre-pay for their class. An enrolled student withdrawing before the start of the class, must notify the Ocampo Safety Training of his/her intent to withdraw (3) business days or more before the start date of the class to receive a full class refund.

An enrolled student withdrawing from a class after it begins will receive the class fee refund, but not the registration fee, unless outstanding circumstances exist (eg. medical condition or family emergency).  If registration fee is not required on such class, the student shall be refund the class fee less a pro-rating fee/no show of no more than $10.
