Wrong Class Sign-up

 

If you have not attended the class, you will get a full refund.   If paid by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.   If paid by cash, we will issue a check for the amount paid.   If paid by check, refund will be issued after the check you issued clear our bank.  We may elect to charge a fee of $10 or waive such fee.

 

Wrong Class Completed

 

• If you have attended the class and completed the course and a card has been issued to you,  you must report to us that you have taken the wrong class within three months of the card issuance date.

•  If we offer the course, we will apply 20% of your PAID course fee (actual amount you paid) on the course you need.  See below. If we do not offer the course required, or if we do not have a group class schedule within the time frame you need the certification, we will issue10% of your paid course fee (actual amount you paid) in the form of a voucher (expiration date at our own discretion) that you can use towards any class you take from our training center.   Voucher are transferrable, and can be gifted to anyone.

• We may ask for proof of the above situation.  We may elect not to issue the above at our own discretion

 

 

Example:

You took Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/ED and paid $100, but realized you need to take BLS for HCP which cost $80, we will apply $20 (20% of the amount you paid) towards $80 (BLS for HCP course fee), you will then pay the difference of $60

 

You took Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED and paid $100, but realized you need to take BLS for HCP which cost $80, but you cannot take our BLS for HCP course, we will then issue a voucher of $10 to you (10% of the amount you paid) which you can use for any future class we offer.  Since the voucher is transferrable you may give it to anyone who wants to take any course from us up to the expiration date of the voucer.
